Eagan, MN (Jan. 19, 2018) - WSI Sports has designed a special collection of products in partnership with WCCO CBS and ACES (Athletes Committed to Educating Students). All profits from the "I'MNICE" and "NICE TACKLE" WSI products will be donated to ACES. The limited edition collection was initially created for participants of "WCCO's Fishing for ACES" event but are now available to the general public.

"We were excited to get the chance to create a product that would benefit ACES. The kids of today are the future of tomorrow. We could see that what they are doing aligns really closely with our company's values." said WSI Sports owner, Joel Wiens.

Located in Eagan, MN, WSI Sports was founded by Joel Wiens in 1990. According to WSI's website, WSI Sports has been known as the "Cold Weather Expert" for more than 25 years, providing performance base layers to numerous champion athletes and pro teams. It's HEATR® technology is a proprietary, moisture-activated fiber that lines the cold weather gear and heats up against the skin. Unlike anything else in the market, WSI Sports continues to be a leader in innovative sports wear. The products are proudly manufactured in Eagan, Minnesota.

ACES, which stands for "Athletes Committed to Educating Students" was founded in 1994 and is located in the Twin Cities. Serving nearly 5,000 youth throughout the area, their mission, according to their website, is to "help reduce the academic achievement gap in the Twin Cites and improve the likelihood of success for underserved students." As an after school sports-themed program, their goal is to engage students by helping them make a connection between their classroom learning and sports.
