CUSTOM ORDER INFORMATION 

  • $48 Custom Set up fee per order
  • Color Match $30/color
  • 20 Piece Minimum per style/color 
  • Additional $5 for sizes 3XL+             
  • Additional $5 for Name/Number personalization                          
  • 3-4 Week Delivery upon approval                                          
  • All custom orders require full prepayment

Artwork:

  • Artwork can be submitted to orders@wsisports.com          
  • Must be vector ai, eps, or pdf format                                    
  • If artwork is not in correct format there may be a $75/hr design fee for any artwork redesign

How to Order:

  • Complete customer form below to get the ordering process started
  • You will hear form a custom service representative within 48 hours to complete your order    
  • Once order is received you will receive a mock up of your design along with complete custom form    
  • Once approved and returned your order will be complete within 3-4 weeks

Private Label 

Minimums and Set up fees:

  • Minimum 144 pieces/style/color                                                                  
  • You can mix sizes 24 pieces/size                                                                
  • $48 Set up fee per style                                   
  • $75 per hour will be charged for any pattern design changes or for any customized logo designs (unless artwork is submitted complete)

    Production Time:

    • 3-4 week standard production time upon approval date (for orders 200+ may be subject to 1-2 weeks added production time)

    Other:

    • All custom orders require full prepayment                                                   
    • Customer may supply custom labels/logos unless order through WSI  
    • Discounts and price breaks will vary per order

    Custom Dye Lot Program:

    ETA 8+ weeks to complete dye lot order
