WSI Retailers

If you would like to become a retailer of WSI Sports products, please fill out our New Account Application and fax it back to 651-994-9946

Current retailers, send your orders via: fax (651-994-9946), email (, phone (651-994-9945), or use your account to log-in and order online. Orders must include Customer ID #, contact name, phone number, SKU, color, and sizes, for each item ordered.  Order Form.

Account Terms:

  • Credit terms are to be determined based on the quality of the credit risk, as determined by new account application and processing. Until terms are approved, all orders are shipped prepaid (MC, VISA, AMEX).
  • Standard terms are Net 30 to businesses with acceptable credit history. Orders may be held if past due situations arise. WSI may, at any time, review the account and change the status of the credit terms according to the account history.
  • Any account past 90 days due, which does not provide sufficient information as to why the account is overdue, may be placed with a collection agency. Reasonable attempts will be made to resolve the issue before a collection agency is used.
  • All prices are determined by current price list. Any previous price lists are invalid.
  • Please contact with any questions regarding account terms.
  • Annual booking of $500 to maintain wholesale pricing.   This includes opening orders must be a min. $500.


  • We only ship products via FedEx, UPS, or US Postal Service.
  • If you would like to use your own FedEx or UPS shipping account (Recommended), you must provide WSI Sports with your shipper collect account number as well as the zip code your account is associated with.
  • All other orders that are emailed or faxed to WSI Sports will be charged the base FedEx shipping rate according to package size, weight and ship-to location. (For quick delivery, FedEx Express is also an option for an additional charge).
  • Small order fee of $6.95 applies to orders under $100.
  • Drop ship orders must be faxed or emailed with correct shipping address.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice. Returns will not be accepted without a WSI issued Return Authorization (RA), obtained by calling 651-994-9945 or send an email to
  • Store returns must be made in new, resalable condition or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • WSI stands behind the quality of our products. WSI will replace any defects within 30 days of purchase.
  • Once WSI’s products are decorated, WSI will no longer accept returns on the decorated product.

Custom Orders:

  • All custom orders are subject to a $48.00 set up fee
  • Allow 3-4 weeks for availability once approved. Orders of 100+ items may take an additional 1-2 weeks.
  • Minimum quantity of 20 pieces per color/style for custom orders. All custom sales are final.

WSI understands the need to protect our Dealer Network and our MAP protected products. WSI is a Grassroots Company that puts our customer, either end users or Dealers, first. In this regard, we feel that keeping selected products protected by MAP prices will generate solid profits for our Dealers. All authorized WSI dealers should make themselves and their employees aware of this policy as well as our MAP pricing.


  1. The “Posted Price” in Dealer advertisements must be equal to or higher than the MAP pricing reflected on attachment A. “WSI MAP Price” list for the specific products listed. WSI reserves the right to amend, terminate or otherwise modify this MAP Policy or the MAP Price List at anytime upon notice to Dealer.
  2. Dealers who advertise a price below WSI’s MAP price through any means are in violation of WSI’s MAP Policy. Dealers are encouraged to advertise above WSI’s MAP Price.
  3. Advertisements subject to WSI’s MAP Policy include any advertisement displaying a “Posted Price” to a Purchaser by any means, including but not limited to: Catalogs, Mailers, Email Flyers, Newspapers, Handouts, Brochures, Sale Publications, and Newsletters; Advertisements or coupons offering percentage discounts off the MAP price of WSI Products; and/or Websites, Radio, or Television advertisements.
  4. Advertised discounts or coupons do not constitute a violation of WSI’s MAP policy if; the price of the WSI Product minus the advertisement or distributed discount, is not less than the MAP Price, or, the advertisement or coupon contains an asterisk stating that the discount is “Not applicable to products subject to manufacturer-imposed advertising restrictions,” thereby making the offer not applicable to WSI MAP Products
  5. Any advertisement where no pricing is shown or “Call for Price” is shown is considered to be in compliance with WSI’s MAP Policy.
  6. Any advertisement where “Add to Cart to see Best Price” is shown is considered to be in violation with the MAP Policy.
  7. Advertisements, which show WSI MAP Products bundled or sold together, may not be advertised at less than the combined MAP price of the component products.
  8. Advertisements showing WSI MAP Products bundled or sold together with any other products must be submitted in advance for approval by WSI’s National Sales Manager.
  9. No Dealer may ship across country boarders at a discounted price.
  10. WSI will terminate your account if violation of our MAP Policy occurs.

WSI MAP Policy effective January 1, 2017 for all MAP products and is subject to change at the sole discretion of WSI.
